Level 1 Service Centers:

  • All Level 1 service centers must have trained personnel and keep training records of personnel.
  • Each service center must keep all service records for 10 years.
  • These service centers cannot remove a PCB board from the housing of the instrument, but they can perform calibration of the instrument and replace pumps and sensors.
