Overview
ProRAE Studio allows datalogs and configuration settings from the QRAE II, EntryRAE, MiniRAE3000, ppbRAE3000, MiniRAE Lite to be downloaded
to a computer. This version of the software allows the user to:
- Download datalogs
- Download configuration settings
- Change and upload new configurations settings
- upgrade firmware

What’s New?
This software allows the MiniRAE3000 and ppbRAE3000 to communicate with a computer to download datalogs and device configurations, or upgrade firmware.

How to upload firmware?
1) MiniRAE3000, ppbRAE3000, MiniRAE Lite*, and newer products
To update firmware in monitor, select "Start Menu" -> "All programs" -> "Rae Systems Inc" -> "ProRAE Studio" -> "RaeProgrammer7000", the following dialogbox pops up:
Click "Browse.." button to locate the firmware filename (*.RFP), make sure the monitor is connected with computer. Click "Go" button, the firmware is sent to the monitor. A message box pops up to notify that the firmware is downloaded successfully.

2) QRAE II and Radiation products
To update firmware in monitor, select "Start Menu" -> "All programs" -> "Rae Systems Inc" -> "ProRAE Studio" -> "RaeProgrammer", the following dialogbox pops up:
Click "Browse.." button to locate the firmware filename (*.FWM), make sure the monitor is connected with computer. Click "Begin to load firmware" button, the firmware is sent to the monitor. A message box pops up to notify that the firmware is downloaded successfully.

3) EntryRAE
To update firmware in monitor, select "Start Menu" -> "All programs" -> "Rae Systems Inc" -> "ProRAE Studio" -> "Winloader", the following dialogbox pops up:
Click "Browse.." button to locate the firmware filename (*.FWM), make sure the monitor is connected with computer. Click "Begin to load firmware" button, the firmware is sent to the monitor. A message box pops up to notify that the firmware is downloaded successfully.

Notes: When the user selects ¡°Download Firmware¡± in ProRAE Studio ,the default option is RaeProgrammer.

Requirements
Minimum hardware requirements for running ProRAE Studio
Pentium CPU, 1000 Hz
VGA monitor (At least 800x600 resolution, 16 bit color)
30 MB free hard disk space
CD-ROM drive
256 MB RAM
Minimum software requirements fro running ProRAE Studio Radiation
Microsoft Windows® 2000 or later (Windows® XP best supports Bluetooth®)
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher
